Where, what, how... to Kdrama?

by - May 01, 2016

I may not watch a lot compared to others. I may not know much about all those hyped-over-nothing dramas. But I do love watching kdramas. Let's just be honest, they end pretty fast with pretty good plots. Draggy shows takes up too much time and effort...

I watch kdramas on-the-go either it's in a car or train or even while walking through a distance by the road side. Online sites needs to pretty much be convenient. No ad, fast load, full ep and easy download are the requirements. Who prefers to watch dramas that had been cut into 4 parts?? That is just annoying. Where to watch then? My top choices personally are Dramanice, MyAsianTv, KissAsian and Dramacool

Note: The links are often times changed, so I recommend you to search up the name of the website instead, if the link is no longer working.

I've used all websites mentioned. If either one doesn't have the drama I wanted to watch, the rest stated will be my other option. However, if you watch on mobile phones note that all the websites might have a lot of pop-ups and can be quite bothersome. Most fast updated website would be Dramanice ofc. MyAsianTv is also fast but among those two I'd say Dramanice. Fyi, both Dramanice and Dramacool I believe are similar websites but I like the girly layout of Dramanice better oh well.

I might sound weird but as much as I love watching kdramas, I don't watch current airing dramas. I just don't. I hate waiting for another week for the next part. I only started watching after they are fully completed.

Now, for the recommendations... Like I said I don't watch a lot and I choose what I want to watch so there's plenty I haven't watch. This list might be lacking but here is my Top 20 favs of all time.

1. It's Okay, That's Love
2. Master's Sun
3. Marriage Not Dating
4. The Moon That Embraces The Sun
5. Oh My Ghost
6. Healer
7. Reply 1997
8. Hi School: Love On
9. Splash Splash Love
10. She Was Pretty
11. Oh My Venus
12. Sensory Couple
13. Angel Eyes
14. Pinocchio
15. Trot Lovers
16. Fated To Love You
17. Sassy Go Go
18. Playful Kiss
19. Secret Garden
20. D-Day

I've watched more but these are what I think are great and worth the watch. Some of these are pretty much old dramas but again a lil throwback doesn't hurt, right?

A good plot without a good ending, is a bad story. I hate when writers decided to ruin the whole beautiful story right on the suckish ending. Like why would you waste an entire 16 or 20 hours of my time on such good story for a meh ending...?
P.S. The stories on my list obvs end with a happy ending don't worry hahah

Any good dramas you wish I'd include in my list? Please let me know. There's higher chances of me watching a recommended drama than coming across a random one. Don't forget, sharing is caring.

Dropping by,
Melynn.
